Our firm is proudly minority-owned and minority-staffed, dedicated to serving our community with a diverse and inclusive team.

Hilda is a dedicated advocate with a passion for civil litigation and representing individuals who have been injured. Her legal journey began at the University of La Verne, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminology with a minor in Psychology. She then continued her education at the University of La Verne College of Law, where she not only honed her legal skills but also became deeply involved in the school community. She served on the Mock Trial Team, contributed to the Journal of Law, Business & Ethics, and helped lead several student organizations, including the Society of Legal Studies & Business, the Hispanic National Bar Association, and the Public Interest Law Foundation.

During law school, she was fortunate to gain hands-on experience at the Justice & Immigration Clinic and the Disability Rights Legal Center, where she developed a strong foundation in advocacy and client-centered service. Her diverse experiences in these areas helped her find her true passion in civil litigation, and since 2016, she has been focused on helping injured clients secure the justice and compensation they deserve.

Outside of her legal practice, she is a proud parent to two boys, with whom she enjoys spending quality time. She is actively involved in her children's education, serving on the Parent Association Board at their school. Additionally, she co-chairs Somos Private School Village, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting Latinx students in private school communities.

She is committed to providing compassionate, results-driven legal representation to those in need, and takes great pride in making a positive impact in the lives of her clients.
